As we follow along with The Captain and Crew, we learn of faraway islands and geographical wonders few will ever see. On the most beautiful days while the fishing was slow, the Captain would reminisce of these spectacular places. He remembered encounters with unique island locals and there exotic pets. He would learn about the islands agriculture and natural resources. He would make lifelong friends that would fill his wild nautical stories with vivid detail. One such Island was almost further than man can travel. It was located on the brink of human and mechanical failure. The darkest, stormiest skies and most vicious waves eventually gave way to tranquil, teal and green waters that met the shores of black sand beaches. The beach was patrolled by copious herds of wild boars. As the captain approached, one of the boars took a liking to him. A handsome beast, long in the tooth, and bright green eyes, he walked about his pears with the utmost confidence. The Captain followed the boar into the woods, he proceeded to an enormous field. The first half of this field was composed of rich, earthy, dank soil, littered with the most fantastic white truffles they had ever laid eyes on. As the Captain foraged, he noticed his newly acquainted four legged friend wanted to show him something else. The boar would head to the north half of the field, the rich white truffle soil now was home to 1000’s of incredible cannabis plants. At this point The Captain was in complete awe of the impressive crop. A few moments later a local farmer showed up and welcomed his guests. He noticed the Captains draw to the fantastic cultivars and began his story. He explained that he had lived on this island as long as he could remember. He was a truffle man, converted to the ways of cannabis to ease his anxiety and relax his body after long days of the truffle shuffle. His particular cultivar was special because of the flavorful soil. He named it Truffle Pupil, an extraordinary flavorful Indica dominant breed that came from the likes of GG$ and Peanut Butter Breath combined with the legendary Star Pupil. I was his own special relaxing strain that he was thrilled to share. The crew was gracious and appreciated the calming euphoric features after their long journey to this special island.
